Appointment Cancellation Policy: 24-hours notice is required to cancel a scheduled treatment. If 24-hours notice is not given, you will be charged a cancellation fee, which is 50% of the price of the treatment. No exceptions.
If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you — this is part of the agreement you are making with our business to help us protect our ability to serve you and all our clients.
Unexpected events like illness, work emergencies and travel delays are not exempt from our cancellation policy.
All appointments for people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
